100 Word Challenge Term 4 Week 3

Prompt: ...because I said so… “Do I have to do this?” “Yes!” “Why?” “BECAUSE I SAID SO!” This was the conversation that I had with my mother 20 mins ago about vacuuming the house. It was the worst experience of my life! It was so boring and frustrating when my mum told me to vacuum the same room 3 times because I didn’t do it well enough. Why can’t they just make robots do vacuuming for you?! Then she told me to clean the toilet. It was so disgusting and smelly, who makes the bathroom this smelly?! That was the worst experience of my life! I hope I never  have to do that again!

100 Word Challenge Term 4 Week 1

5 Word Prompt “Mum!” said Kevin, “I think I broke my leg!” Mum came rushing into the bathroom. “How did you break it?” Mum asked, “Ok, I’ll tell you…” “I was on the Xbox playing Street FIGHTER, when I suddenly got hungry and wanted some ORANGE twisties. I grabbed some out of the pantry and I went to the bathroom. When I got there I started DANCING. I CLUMSILY slipped and fell into the BATH. The twisties fell into the toilet so I can’t eat them anymore and I landed extremely awkwardly on my leg and it started hurting a lot. “So that's how you broke your leg.” Mum said. “Lets go and get it checked out.”

100 Word Challenge Term 2 Week 9

Title: Flooded 112 Words “Wake up! It’s football practise!” Kevin screams in my ear. I jump out of bed and we rush downstairs to have breakfast before we leave, we walk out the door, But Oh no! It had been raining all night, so everything was flooded. We quickly go inside to call Coach Johnson. He screams at us, and bans us from the top team. We tell mum and she says that we have to swim 2km to practice. We manu out of the door and swim to practice. When we get there, he straight away tells us that we have extra hard to get back in the team. We beat everyone and he welcomes us back into the team.

100 Word Challenge Term 2 Week 8

Title: The Biggest Fail Ever 120 Words “Duck!” Tracey Shouted as she shot a bullet at John, who was in the way of her target. The bullet went so fast, that it ricocheted of the wall and went back into her gun twisting the barrel until it almost snapped into two. Woah! Tracey thought as she walked up to the instructor to show him what happened. She showed the instructor the gun and he thought that it look so magnificent that they needed to make a sculpture of Tracey’s gun. So Tracey took the gun to the White House and the President ordered his men to make a twenty foot sculpture of the gun, with a plaque that would say ‘The Biggest Fail Ever.

100 Word Challenge Term 2 Week 7

Prompt: ...However, she couldn’t believe what she had done… BANG! The bullet zooms out of the gun like a bolt of lightning. Everyone screamed in fear as John drops to ground. Grace backed away while looking at the culprit. However, she couldn’t believe what she had done. Charlotte had shot John! Charlotte ran as John screamed in agony. Everyone closed in on John as he said his final words, “Look after him.” Kevin tried to ask John who was him, but John’s eyes had died by the time Kevin got to him. Everyone turned around to see Charlotte running back to everyone. Suddenly Charlotte dropped to the ground. Someone had shot her!

100 Word Challenge Term 2 Week 6

Pedals spinning. Billions of thoughts fly through my head, “Will I crash?” “Will I injure myself?” “Will I hit that tree that is right in front of me?” I suddenly swerve around a HUGE 40 foot tree, I am absolutely discombobulated at why I wasn’t focusing. I look around and I see some beautiful PINK DAFFODILS. I stare at them, mesmerised my their inner beauty. We cross a wobbly BRIDGE that is SPRINKLED with leaves that have fallen off the trees around it. I regain my focus and race past everyone in front of me, while swerving around objects. I finish in first place! “Congratulations!” Everyone says as I go up and collect my trophy.

Reflection Term 2 Week 3

This week I was frustrated when my market day group couldn't decide our other product.  To solve this we just stopped talking, got out our laptops and started searching for ideas.

100 Word Challenge Term 2 Week 3

Mythical Creatures The Dragon and the Megalodon. When you mix them together you get and an elegant and beautiful ‘Dragladon’. The dragladon is a mix between a dragon and a massive shark called the megalodon. The advantages of the dragladon are that it has the power and weight of a megalodon, it can swim underwater unlike an actual dragon. Some more advantages are that the dragladon can fly like a dragon, it can breath fire and it has the sharp teeth of a shark. There is really only one disadvantage and that is that the dragladon in very big so its prey would be able to notice from a very large distance.

Hi guys, Here is my 100 word challenge for term 2 week 2: ‘When did it arrive?’ I said I was having breakfast on a normal school day, when suddenly the doorbell rang, it made me jump because I wasn’t expecting anyone to come this early in the morning. I carefully step to the door looking out the window for anyone suspicious. I open the door and I see a package. I pick it up and open it up and I saw… AN ALIEN?! “When did it arrive?” I said as I walked upstairs. “Dad, did you order and alien!?” I shouted as I entered the master bedroom. I enter the bedroom a and I see some aliens on the bed, then suddenly everything went black...

100 Word Challenge Term 2 Week 1

Hi guys, Here is my 100 word challenge for week 1 term 2, please read. My life flashed before my eyes as a bullet from a CRIMSON colour gun whizzed past my face like dart being thrown. “Hey Johnny!” Ben SHOUTED as he shot the guy who attempted to shoot me. “Look Out!” I turn around and I see a shell coming right for me! I jumped like I have never jumped before into the MISTY fields. I FRANTICALLY wave my arms out hoping someone would find me. BANG! I look down at my leg and I see a bullet in my leg. I cry out for someone to put me in my GRAVE because I am in so much pain. I see a soldier come into the misty cloud and they make everything go black.

Today I met success when my group got signed off for technology. My group will benefit from my success.

100 Word Challenge Week 8

Hi guys, Here is my 100 word challenge for week 8. But How Did He/She Get Up There? I was strolling home from the shops, when I saw a huge crowd staring into the darkness above. “What are they all looking at?” I thought to myself. I dash over to the crowd and look up, I spy a little boy standing on the top of the Burj Khalifa. “I know what he is doing up there!” Someone shouts, “ But how did he get up there?” I shout. “He obviously climbed!” One of the policemen says. I strain my neck even more and I see the boy starting to climb down. Eventually the firemen help the boy down. The boy races to his mum and dad. “Yay!” We all shout.

Reflection For Week 7

Today has been a pretty good week.  We have had opera auditions this week which was awesome, I auditioned for Boris, who is a vulgarian spy, working for Baron Bomburst. We also have done another 100 word challenge, which is on my blog so go check it out! Some of the stuff for me to work on this week are my part for opera call backs and my writing for the 100 word challenge.

Hi guys, I am back with another 100 word challenge, hope you enjoy reading it! The Living Teacup One night in the middle of Hamilton 2 boys were casually walking around the city, when suddenly they spotted an unusually large teacup. One of the boys went over to the teacup and shouted “I am going to go on top of the cup!” And when the boy jumped on top of the teacup the teacup rose out of the ground, grew arms and legs and shouted “Get off me you little boy!” The boy jumped off and ran to his friend crying. “That thing is alive!” The boy shouted and just as he finished his sentence, the teacup ran to the two boys and swallowed them whole and said “I am going to take over the world!”

Hi guys, I am back with my 100 word challenge for week 6, Hope you enjoy reading it! But What If I Was In Charge? “I am just so tired of you bossing me around all of the time!” I shouted. “ Well you should do the right thing then!” Kevin shouted back, “I would do the right thing if you didn’t boss me around all of the time!” I replied. “But what if I was in charge?” “ If I was you wouldn’t be able to boss me around anymore!” I shouted back at Kevin. “But you will never be in charge John!” “Oh yes I will!!!” I shouted so loud that whole roof came down onto Kevin. “Yay! Kevin is finally dead! He won’t be able to boss me around anymore!” Just as I finish my sentence the teacher comes in. I AM SO DEAD!

100 Word Challenge Week 4

Hi Guys, Here is my 100 word challenge for week 4: “Ok everyone it's time to go on camp!” My teacher shouted, “Bye, everyone!” We all shout back. 2 Hours Later… “Yay we’re here!” I shouted. We all go and grab our luggage and our tents, “ Time to put your tents up!” The teacher shouted. I go over and look around the forest and I see some weird looking trees, I go for a closer look as the trees start moving! I hear a helicopter, I look up as guy says “Attention all people! This week we have a strange group invading the wood, so can you please move out of the wood in an orderly fashion.” Just as the guy finishes talking all the trees run out of the woods, back to there home in Duntopia “Yay! We can stay!” John Shouts, “YAY!” We all shout in unison.

100 Word Challenge Week 3

Hi Guys, Here is my 100 Word Challenge for Week 3: One day I was walking to the bus stop, when sudden something zoomed past my face like a rocket. It came very fast when it was flying from… A Person! The bird turned around and quickly flew at the little boy who was throwing rocks at him. “Hey you, duck!” I shouted to the little boy, “where?!” He replied,  just as he turned around, the bird dashed an smashed him in the face. I ran over to the boy, who was unconscious form the head knock, “Can you hear me?” I called to him. I grabbed my phone and quickly dialed ‘111’. Just as the emergency services answered, the boy sprung to his feet, “Yay, you’re  alive!” I shouted.
